Owner Kevin Kron founded Flamin’ Flips BBQ Pit in 2012 when he took his hobby of smoking BBQ and started participating in several competitions with remarkable success. Kevin and his friend Cameron Reed began building smokers and then purchased a 1953 chevy truck to rebuild into Flamin’s Flip’s BBQ truck that is used at many events. Over the last decade Flamin’ Flips has catered hundreds of events across the Midwest, such as weddings, graduations, corporate parties and personal gatherings, all out of their licensed commercial kitchen located in Kalona, Iowa.
The Flamin’s Flip’s team prides themselves on bringing all of their customers the absolute best service and incredible meals.
